                       Waking up early


Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “Allah made the early hours blessed for my Ummah.”(Ahmed)


This hadeeth was what spurred me to create  Such gems of productivity are the sources of blessings which we should seek to make our life productive. Waking up early is such an important step to being blessed and feeling good throughout your day.

Try to wake up for Tahajjud, and then work during the hours before Fajr Salah. If you cannot, at least wake up for Fajr and stay up till sunrise before you return to sleep. Those hours are filled with Barakah. If you’re able to go to work in those hours, do so, you’ll get much more work done than the whole day put together

 4 Steps of 20/20/20 Formula

1. Wake up. Wake up by 5 a.m. daily to practice the 20/20/20 Formula
2.. Exercise. Do moderate to intense exercise for the first 20 minutes and drink water
2. Meditate. Spend the next 20 minutes on reflection, prayer, planning, or journaling
4. learn. Devote the last 20 minutes to intellectual growth with books or podcasts

 4 Steps to becoming a master

1. Awareness. Grow your mind through progressive learning
2. Execution. Choose to practice what you’ve learned
3. Result. Share your skills in exchange for  income
4. Consistency. Do a task constantly to become a master

             1. Do what failures don’t like to do
 Identify habits that prevent your growth and replace them with healthy ones that produce growth. Consistently practice the new habit for 66 days while avoiding the unhealthy habit.

               2. Block out time for deep work
 Spend a portion of your day without physical or electronic distractions. Devote that time to creating things that make you exceptional.
               3. Use your travel time for learning
 While waiting for your flight or commuting to work, devote time to acquiring knowledge in any area of interest to give you an edge in life.

                 5. Work out twice a day
Keep your body toned by exercising early in the morning and in the evening before dinner.
               6. Work in blocks of 60 minutes
For every 1 hour of doing intense work, take a 10-minute break to recharge yourself and prepare for the next phase of work.

 Identify a skill and consistently practice it until you master it. The world rewards those who go above and beyond the call of duty.
               8. Use the power of mornings
History-makers engage in activities that improve their personal lives. They spend the first part of their waking time developing themselves to become more valuable to the world.
