3. Build courage. To give you the push to things that seems impossible 

Technique of the 5 second rule

Step one. If you are afraid of overwhelmed by a task start counting backwards 5.4.3.2.1

Step two.. as soon as you reach one immediately do the task

     1. Stop procrastinating

Replace your bad habits with a new positive one to avoid procrastination.the moment you become hesitant in doing easy task or avoiding hard work.count  from five to one and push yourself to start the things you need to do 

     2. Improve your health

It's not enough to thing about your health. If you are desire to be healther.pick a plan to flow and then count from five to one go after that commit to it even if when you don't feel like it

     3. Increase productivity

Focus on important thing to be more productive Identify the distraction count from five to one and remove them immediately. afterward focus on your priorities

   4.  Get used to the five seconds rules

Picture a day when your alarm clock rings and you are too tired to get up.do you hit snooze button and go back to sleep? Try leaving your alarm clock in another room and practice the five seconds rules once it rings to avoid hitting snooze button

Try counting down from five to one you I'll notice that there are no numbers after one so it's easier to stop and focus on whatever task you need to do.this technique shines a light on what you need to do provokes you to act and distract from hesitating
